All rolesAbout the role
We're looking for a video editor who knows how to hold attention from the first second. You'll turn product footage and raw shoots into reels and short videos for Syrian brands in fashion, e-commerce, food and more, in a style that fits each brand and stays within its visual identity.
The work is per project and fully remote. We send you the footage and the brief, and you deliver the video ready to post in the sizes we need.
What you'll do
- Edit reels and short videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Product videos and paid ads in several sizes (9:16, 1:1 and 4:5)
- Simple motion graphics: animated text, logos and transitions
- Add Arabic subtitles and on-screen text
- Pick suitable, licensed music and sound effects
- Deliver revisions after feedback within the agreed deadlines
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
- A feel for the pace of short-form content and what works on social media
- An eye for detail: colour, type and the timing of every cut
- Able to work from a visual identity and a written brief
- Meets deadlines and communicates clearly
- An internet connection that can handle large uploads and downloads
Nice to have
- Experience animating Arabic text and calligraphy
- Colour grading skills
- Previous work for fashion or e-commerce brands
